Golden Carven Hotel - Cairo

The kids loved the cozy rooms and the amazing pool area, perfect for cooling off. We also enjoyed the delicious meals, especially breakfast offerings.

In my wife's opinion, more family-oriented activities would enhance the experience.

I didn`t like poor services / facilities, cleanless, poor internet, Staff response is very slow

The hotel's location was central, close to the airport. Further, it was near to bus station as well as Many restaurants and cofe shops😃

Positive, The room was cozy with Netflix available. Room service was quick. They ironed my blouse within 15 minutes. The staff, from reception to security, were super helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Liked our room that was a nice size and well furnished. The stuff was very friendly and decent, everything was fine. This hotel was set in a central area right by Airport and cross country Bus station, and public transport. Furthermore, to the metro stations.

Room are spacious good, service is good and the facilities are good. Specially the breakfast is served well and the food is good at chinese lounge and the Indian Restaurant Masala but a bit expensive compared to the location and standard of the hotel.

in the interior location and very far from all the tourists spots. they are charging very high prices for the city trip.

The lobby has a nice ambiance for relaxation.

I faced several issues . The air conditioner was outdated and noisy. To top it off, there was a loud party happening downstairs, keeping me up late despite complaints to the reception.

The hotel staff is extrememly organised and they are the only hotel in all the hotels I booked via Booked.net (about 30) who had actually read my booking and they even printed it ! I was most impressed. They organised the pick up from the airport, they even gave me a call to confirm. The following morning they organised the taxi (at a cheaper fare) and they put my breakfast in a bag as I had to leave before the restaurant opens. I could not asked for more !!!!! Fantastic ... I am sure that they could organise visits etc if one stayed longer.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is very friendly and pleasant. It boasts particularly good location, close to some of the amazing attractions Cairo has to offer. Heliopolis district is worth seeing. We usually stay at this low cost hotel and would consider staying here again...

The rooftop bar offered a unique ambiance, but drinks were overpriced, making it hard to enjoy.
